Core shipping details

  • We ship within the U.S. plus internationally 

  • International shipping rates are determined using the USPS's cheapest rate
  • To maintain the notable quality of our product we ship immediately after roasting/packing. Approximately, 1-10 days is what we outline for our processing and shipping time. International orders may take longer. Weekends/holidays are excluded. 

Methods, costs, and timing

  • USPS standard ground is our preferred shipping method. Delivery times range from 1-10 business days depending on destination. 

  • Describe how shipping is calculated (flat rate, real-time carrier rates, or free shipping thresholds, such as free ground shipping over a certain order amount).

Order tracking and delivery

  • All orders come with tracking information that we update as your order goes through our system, which can be monitored on our store site.

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other issues are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.

Damages, errors, and replacements

  • Coffee and tea are final sale, but if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will re-ship or correct the order at no cost, after you, the customer contacts us promptly with photos and order details.

Flavor Policy 

  • If you, the customer do not like the flavor, you may contact us within 2 day(s) of receiving your order, for a one-time, one item, replacement per order at a (50% Discount) (not a refund).

Customer contact and responsibilities

  • Once a shipping issue is noticed respond within 2 days by email to: ggenterprisesllc1024@gmail.com, Put in the RE:/Subject Line: "Shipping Issue" & "Briefly state what it is"/& Provide the Order#"

  • You, the customer are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and that God'sGurl E-Cafe is not liable for packages lost or stolen after a carrier marks them as delivered. Local laws will be taken under advisement.
