Refund policy

Coffee & Tea Return Policy:

All issues will be evaluated individually.

1. All coffee and tea items are final sale and non-returnable because they are organic, ingestible products.

2. Due to safety, hygiene, and freshness concerns- organic, perishable goods such as coffee and tea cannot be returned.

3. Gift cards are also non-refundable and are considered final sale items.

4. If your order arrives to your location incorrect because you ordered the wrong product or you put in the wrong address- you will have to place a new order on the website with the correct product and/or the correct address.

5. If your order arrives to your location and we sent the wrong item or the label is incorrect, your order will be replaced at no cost to you.

6. Traditional exchanges by returning the original product are not offered for coffee and tea, as returns are not accepted.

7. If your order arrives damaged because of carrier issues, please contact us immediately, so the issue can be evaluated. 

Exchanges / International Exchanges 

  • These rules apply for international purchasers as well. Shipping rates and shipping times to customer(s) will differ. Please consider this with purchase. We will when possible expedite the shipment of orders to maintain the freshness our coffee and tea(s) are known for.
